How do I order?

Click on the link above that says "shop" and place your order. We send you a form to upload all of your photos and text after you purchase. The best way to compile all of your information is to compile it in a word document so that it is saved and then just copy and paste into the form.

Can I reserve my date?

Yes, we can get really busy and sometimes we have to turn clients away especially during wedding season. If you would like to ensure that you make it on our client list for a particular month you can reserve your date for a deposit of $99.00. This will ensure that we will make your programs before we stop accepting new clients for that month. That $99.00 deposit goes towards your order total. Just click the "reserve my spot" button on the shop page.

Do I have to use professional photos?

It is strongly recommended that you use professional photos. Many brides use regular photos on the wedding party page. Please keep in mind that photos that are not at least 300 dpi may be pixelated. For the best results use high quality photos. We recommend at least 300 dpi and 1536 x 1024 pixels minimum. Photos taken on any phone is a low resolution photo. It is the clients responsibility to submit high resolution photos for printing. We are not liable for blurry photos. 

Is there a bulk discount available?

Yes, please email us at info@marrymemagazines.com for pricing. Bulk discounts must be requested for 200 or more magazines.

Will I get a chance to see a sample before my order is printed?

Yes, you will be emailed a digital sample of your magazine once the design process is complete. You will have 4 rounds of proofing to go through and revise and make changes using our proofing software. We will make sure your program is perfect!

How long does it take to ship?

We use UPS and there is 2-3 day shipping time for standard orders. For international orders please email us. For guaranteed shipping please upgrade to express shipping. We cannot guarantee orders are to arrive by a certain date, so please choose express shipping if you want it guaranteed.

What does the PDF option include?

The PDF only option is a custom designed program that you can take to your local printer to be printed.

Do you do rush orders?

Yes, we do rush orders and there is a $75.00 fee. Production time for rush orders are 10 business days. 

How many magazines should I order? 

We recommend ordering 10-25 extra programs because additional orders can be expensive. We only can accommodate reorders with a minimum of 25 magazines.

What size are the magazines?

The magazines are 8.5 x 5.5 and 8x10. 

How many pages can I order?

Programs are only offered in increments of 4 pages. You can order 4, 8,12, 16, 20 or 24 pages. Please contact us for 28 or more pages for special pricing!

How do I contact customer service?

We are an online based business, please email us at info@marrymemagazines.com or contact us here with any questions you may have. We respond really fast!

I want a totally different design, can I do that?

Yes! Just add the custom design option to your cart at checkout and we can design anything you want. There is a $99 custom design fee. Just email us for specific inquiries.

How soon can I order my printed magazines?

We recommend ordering 4 weeks before the date you need them. If you know your information will not change then you can order sooner than that. If you choose the rush option you can order up until 10 business days before your wedding date for printed programs. Production time starts when information is submitted.

Can I see a sample?

Yes, you can click the "purchase a sample" button on the first page and we will mail you a sample. There is a $6.00 charge and this is for domestic residents only.

What type of paper do you use?

We use a heavy 100# premium glossy text paper for the 8 and 12 page programs. For the 4 page we use an even heavier paper which is 80# glossy stock. 

Can I make payments?

Yes, just click the "reservation" button on the shop page. You will pay a $99.00 deposit. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before the designing begins.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our work. Once an order has been placed, no refunds are available. If your event is canceled or you change your mind for any reason we do not offer refunds for any amount already paid. We do not offer refunds or reprints for blurry photos so please make sure that your photos are high resolution before submitting them. 

Do you make magazines for other events besides weddings?

Yes, we do anniversaries, birthdays, birth announcements, funerals etc. Just shoot us an email and we can accommodate any event or type of magazine!
